and marine support services for ships transiting the Hay Point and Mackay port precincts.
Wisely was engaged by Daltug Towage Services at the Half Tide Tug Harbour to design, fabricate, and deliver engineered‑certified marine shipping propeller installation jigs to support safe and efficient propeller handling during
vessel maintenance.
The jigs were custom‑designed by Wisely’s engineering team to meet stringent marine safety and load‑handling
requirements, incorporating robust structural elements, precision alignment features, and corrosion‑resistant materials suitable for the coastal environment.
Fabrication was completed in‑house by Wisely’s workshop team, ensuring high‑quality workmanship and full compliance with engineered specifications before undergoing third‑party certification.
The completed jigs provide Daltug with a durable, fit‑for‑purpose lifting and installation solution that enhances both safety and operational capability for propeller change‑outs at the Half Tide Tug Harbour.
