Half Tide Tug Harbour is owned by North Queensland Bulk Ports and used by Hay Point tug operators Rivtow and Daltug for operations at Hay Point Services Terminal and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal, respectively.

- Replacement of Berth 3-4 tug access pontoon connecting frames
- Repairs to areas of corrosion on the lifeboat
- Inspection of gangways and handrails
