Wisely was engaged to deliver a major overhaul of Loops 3 and 4 at Goonyella Riverside Mine, one of the Bowen Basin’s largest coking coal operations. The project involved significant upgrades to screening equipment and associated infrastructure, including:
- Replacement and upgrades to two deslime screens, two float screens and one sink screen
- Replacement of centrifuge and associated chutes, underpipes and pipework
- Structural remedial works.
Delivered over a three-week program, the upgrades extended the service life of critical processing equipment and improved the reliability of coal handling operations at Goonyella Riverside Mine.
