Hail Creek Mine, operated by Glencore in the Bowen Basin, is a large open‑cut operation producing metallurgical and
thermal coal using truck‑and‑shovel methods.
As part of ongoing fleet support requirements, Wisely was engaged to complete critical repairs on the LV0381 Hino field service truck to ensure it remained reliable for onsite maintenance activities.
The works included full engine replacement and the repair and replacement of corroded and damaged structural sections on the rear tray.
All mechanical and structural works were completed to operational standards by Wisely’s workshop restoring the vehicle to safe, dependable service.
The completed repairs delivered a fit‑for‑purpose outcome that supports efficient field maintenance capability across Hail Creek Mine.
